Level of difficulty – Easy to medium

• 1 cl Noilly Prat Dry Vermouth
• 6 cl LAW – The Gin of Ibiza
• 2 cl Bols Blue Curaçao
• 1 cl Peach Tree Schnapps (or peach liqueur)
• 1 cl lemon juice, freshly squeezed
• 1 small dash soda water

Glass – Martini goblet, pre-cooled

Garnish – Orange zest

Preparation – Fill mixing glass with ice cubes to the half, add vermouth, stir well and strain. Now put all other ingredients into the mixing glass; stir again. Strain into the martini goblet and garnish with orange zest.
